So how is the wedding planning?

Answer Without Substance: Great! I can't wait to be married!

The Real Answer: Its actually going pretty well, although there are still a few details to take care of, like those pesky programs. And I need to change my address in a few places. And I need to figure out what to wear to the rehearsal and dinner. I also need to buy my Mom's Christmas presents, find some frames for three family photos I'm putting on the cake table, confirm the rehearsal dinner time with the ushers, make sure the organist has everything she needs, have my glasses adjusted (they're crooked), pick up the dry cleaning, make a slight addition to my floral order, and take a few things to Goodwill.

Fortunately, I left work at the end of November and have been able to spend a fair amount of time relaxing while finishing up the planning. (I don't know how women who work up until the wedding get all of this done.) If the wedding were actually tomorrow, and not in a week and two days, we could pull it off and no one would notice. Its a great place to be.
